who we are

Andy Ward Editions is an online shop owned by Andy Ward Illustration Ltd. Company number 7163772. Registered office 23 London Road, Downham Market, Norfolk, PE38 9BJ.

pricing & payment options

Most major credit cards are accepted and payment is completed through Paypal via BigCartel who host this webshop. Payment can also be made using a PayPal account. All credit card details are supplied to PayPal only. All items for sale in this webshop are priced in Pounds Sterling and are not subject to V.A.T. The customer is responsible for all international duties and taxes relating to their order.

postage & delivery

For UK deliveries postage is currently charged at £4.50 per order and for international deliveries postage is currently charged at £7.00. All orders are sent flat packed in a reinforced cardboard mailer with additional double corrugated card backing. All items are sent via Royal Mail. All UK orders are sent first class. All international orders are sent via airmail. We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment. We will notify you via email when your order has dispatched. Delivery times will vary according to location. If for any reason your item is damaged in transit, faulty, or wrongly supplied please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of goods and return the goods within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. It is strongly recommended that a courier or trackable postal system is used for returning items. Andy Ward Editions cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss caused whilst in transit.

returns & refund policy

Andy Ward Editions will endeavour to show and describe the artworks/products for sale as accurately as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item undamaged and in it’s original packaging within 7 days from receipt for a full refund. Please contact us with your intention to return an item within 48 hours of receipt and please include a note letting us know why you were unhappy in order to help us maintain the excellent service you should expect. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs and it is strongly recommended that a courier or trackable postal system is used. Andy Ward Editions cannot accept responsibility for damage caused to items whilst in transit.

privacy

We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to the customer - e.g. processing payment or arranging for a product to be sent to the customer by post, or where required to do so by law. Andy Ward Editions may send the customer via email news, offers, or discounts which may be of interest to the customer. All intellectual property rights relating to this Website are owned by Andy Ward. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All artwork, products, and logos featured on this Website are the property of Andy Ward. In accordance with international copyright law, copyright of all works displayed and sold on this site remains the property of the artist, Andy Ward.

law & jurisdiction

The laws of England and Wales apply to any transaction on this site and the Courts of England are the Courts of Jurisdiction.

limitation of liability

Andy Ward Editions/Andy Ward illustration Ltd’s liability in contract shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased and shall under no circumstances be liable to the buyer for any consequential, indirect or economic loss or damages.
